Our leads exchange session, now in its 6th year, is one of our most popular industry events. It’s offered at no fee to convention bureaus by invitation. This session, held during IMEX Frankfurt, is the exchange of bid requirements information of international association conventions. It’s especially useful for convention bureaus looking for more potential association conventions business through the exchange of leads by a past host/recently won bidder.

GainingEdge Knowledge Exchange
To promote the exchange of ideas within the industry, GainingEdge holds free, one-hour sessions at both IMEX Frankfurt and ICCA Congress for convention bureaus, centres and convention teams active in the international meetings market, and they are especially popular with volunteer discussion leaders from both sides of the table.

GainingEdge offers free “clinic-style” consultations for bureaus who want to improve their performance in the international meetings market. The clinics take place during the annual ICCA Congress, as well as at select trade events throughout the year.
