GainingSupport

Our GainingSupport program provides capacity building assistance in developing economies. We provide both pro bono and reduced fees work on a means tested basis. Our GainingSupport assistance includes (but is not limited to):

  • CVB Establishment
  • Strategic Planning
  • Industry Education
  • In-house Training
  • Mentoring

GainingSupport for IMEX and IMEX America Wild Card Exhibitors

GainingSupport is proud to partner with IMEX and IMEX America to provide pro-bono assistance for their Wild Card exhibitors. To qualify for a winning place at these trade shows, Wild Card entrants have to justify their potential as a brand new meetings and incentive travel destination or a new convention and conference centre from a new and emerging destination.

Our support for these Wild Cards includes:

  1. Advice on pre show client communication and pre-scheduled appointments
  2. Training on how to complete lead/enquiry forms
  3. Pre show press release/onsite press release
  4. Review of stand collaterals – brochures, powerpoint presentation etc
  5. Training on how to work a trade show effectively
  6. End of day debriefs during the show, discuss questions and challenges
  7. End of show debrief and discussion on client contact follow-up
  8. How to do relevant post show reporting.
